Thursday, January 22nd, 2009Another piece of “if I don’t like it, it should be banned” legislation from Mrs. Robyn Driscoll.
From what I’ve heard out of Helena, House members have been inundated with letters in opposition to HB 191.
At today’s Local Government hearing, Ms. Driscoll was quoted:
“This is similar to the differences between a firecracker and a hand grenade. […]

Thursday, January 22nd, 2009…Can they charge a person twice and call it even.
HB 187 seeks to rectify that. While most Legislators are on board, apparently there are a few hold outs.
Call or write your legislators and let them know to pass this bill.
