HB 228: Don’t cut up your Concealed Weapon Permit just yet…
Tuesday, March 31st, 2009After a subcommittee hearing, HB 228 has passed out of the Senate Judiciary with a vote of 8 to 4.
Concealed carry is still only legal under MCA 45-8-321, adding the prohibition of carrying in “a health care facilty as defined by 50-5-101″.
