The Red Light Camera Banning Bill made it’s way out of the Senate today with a vote of 37-13, BUT it’s been amended:

HB 228: Don’t cut up your Concealed Weapon Permit just yet…

After a subcommittee hearing,  HB 228 has passed out of the Senate Judiciary with a vote of 8 to 4.
Concealed carry is still only legal under MCA 45-8-321, adding the prohibition of carrying in “a health care facilty as defined by 50-5-101″.
