Michelle Obama’s Death Glare…

Just came cross this on Drudge and it made me laugh…
No story accompanied the picture, so I have no clue of the context, but her scowl is priceless. Anyone know who the death glare-receiver is?
UPDATE:
I received an email this morning stating that the recipient of Mrs. Obama’s happy-face is that of Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, wife of French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Which makes sense, see as the Obamas were in France attending a D-Day ceremony…you remember Omaha Obama Beach…that’s where the Allied forces & Tom Hanks invaded German-occupied France.
