Saturday, September 26th, 2009A large excavation project under way adjacent to the East Main interchange of Interstate 90 has had people scratching their heads recently.
But the piles of dirt are not being moved to make way for the next bank or convenience stop.
According to Tom McCormick with the Montana Department of Transportation, the project involves wetland mitigation.
